At XEXYMIX, we want you to feel confident in your activewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your XEXYMIX account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
